Debbie Kiederer

Our Founder

Debbie Kiederer is a veteran of the retail industry with more than three decades of experience repositioning luxury and premium consumer and media brands in the digital space with a strong global sensibility.

In 2001, Kiederer founded ChalkDust Consulting, a strategic online consulting practice with a client list of Fortune 500 companies in the beauty, fashion, luxury consumer products, consumer electronics and media companies, wellness studios, promotional, marketing, and advertising agencies, not-for-profits, and start-ups space. She most recently developed a fashion-tech platform that personalizes and socializes the shopping experience, Vanishing Hanger®.

Debbie is the 2023-24 EO House: New York Chair and Mentorship Co-Chair, and the US East Regional Council Products Director for the Entrepreneurs' Organization. Debbie also served as EO New York Chapter President for the 2021-22 term, with previous roles in the organization leading the Mentorship Program (2020) and the Regional NYC Global Student Entrepreneur Awards Competition (GSEA, 2018-2019), with a global winner in 2019. She was also a finalist at New York Fashion Tech Accelerator for her platform, Vanishing Hanger®.

Debbie has been named one of the top 25 women to watch in luxury for 2015, and retail disruption in 2017. She is a founding member of the Digital Innovation in Marketing Advisory Council at the Fox School, Temple University, where she mentors a yearly Capstone project. Additionally, Debbie is a member of Cosmetic Executive Woman (CEW) and The International Women's Leadership Association, an advisor to meta5, and a Tenovos advisory board member.
